Public Forum on 2008-2009 Budget Windsor residents are invited to speak at a public forum about the upcoming Windsor Public Schools budget. The event will take place on Tuesday, December 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Windsor Town Hall. The forum will be followed by the regular meeting of the Board of Education.
