Board Member Highlight - Paula M. Pierce-Chamber President Paula M. Pierce Hosting Connecticut LLC 180 Rainbow Road, Windsor, CT 06095 (860) 683-4201
Paula M. Pierce is a Windsor High School and Loyola College graduate holding a B.A. degree in English Literature. Paula is the owner of Hosting Connecticut, LLC; a full service website development company. She and her husband, Michael, enjoy living in Windsor for its peaceful atmosphere and its community spirit.
Paula attended almost every Business Breakfast and After Hours event for the first three or four years she was a member of the Chamber. She has also served on a number of Chamber committees, such as the Annual Auction, White Lights, Revolutionary Windsor, and Technology and has been the chair of the Tourism committee for the last several years.
Paula is a Notary Public and is the volunteer moderator of Windsor Freecycle, a group of over 1000 Windsor people keeping good, usable items out of the landfill.

Chili Challenge 2008 The Chamber's annual chili cook-off sponsored by Windsor Federal Savings is held on the Saturday before Columbus Day every year - this year's date is October 11. More than 25 businesses and organizations have already signed up to make this year's Chili Challenge the best ever!

William J. Selig 14th Annual Memorial Golf Tournament The William J. Selig 14th Annual Memorial Golf tournament will be held on September 22 at the Wintonbury Hills Golf Club in Bloomfield. Enjoy a day of golf while supporting the the Selig Foundation which supports many local charities including The Windsor Education Foundation. Registration at 11:30 am , lunch at noon, and a shotgun scamble at 1:00 pm. After a great day of golf enjoy dinner sponsored by the Outback Steakhouse and awards and raffle! Home Buyers Seminar Attorney Richard A. Vassallo of the firm O'Malley, Deneen, Leary, Messina & Oswecki and McCue Mortgage Loan Originator, Ken Snelgrove will present a free homebuyer education seminar aimed at providing first time homebuyers with information about the home buying process.
The seminar will be held on Thursday, September 4 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, in the Windsor Chamber of Commerce building, 261 Broad Street, Windsor.

The seminar provides relevant and important information to homebuyers contemplating purchasing a home in Windsor.

Team Paragon Car Wash and Bottle/Can drive Team Paragon will be having a car wash and bottle and can drive on Saturday September 6 behind Bart's Restaurant between 9a.m. and 3p.m. The team is collecting water bottles.
