February 2010

I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed working with Karen at Action Carpet for First Thursday in February.

She is such a wonderful person and so very welcoming and accommodating. I look forward to staying in touch with her and I will certainly refer people to her.

Thanks so much for the Business to Business Connections meetings. This is where I met Karen. Steve is great at leading the meeting and I've gotten some great tips at both sessions that I've attended thus far.

Thank you for your newsy and information 'What's Going On In Windsor" throughout the year. My daughter and son live out of town now, but receive a copy as well as some of their high school friends. Good way to stay connected . I've partaken of many events and would only have known about them from your newsletter. Happy Holidays and thank you again.

I just wanted to thank you for including our company at the Alstom Business fair this past Monday. Everything was very well organized as usual!
Please keep me updated on any future events.

The Small business Roundtable discussion has helped me validate what I'm doing right, open myself up to vulnerabilities, and make changes to bring my business current to the year 2010. Steve Porcaro, 4-in-1 Coaching is a great moderator and keeps the group on task. It's amazing how motivated and inspired you can get in one lunch hour.

Jane and Phyllis,

I just wanted to send you a note to thank you once again.

I am so happy with the way things turned out for me yesterday [at the Aetna Business Expo]. I had a steady flow of people coming to my table, I received 47 contacts from the raffle, 3 people booked a show and there were others who are interested in placing an order...and there were a few people who took information on the fundraiser opportunity because they knew of groups that needed fundraisers!

Everything was so well organized and you made the unloading and loading process a breeze.

You do such great work year round; the help and exposure that you give to the businesses in town I'm sure is unmatched.

Especially given that I have a home based business, it's hard to get my name out there, but I want very much to do so and be successful, so I really appreciate all of the opportunities I have had to be visible through the Windsor Chamber of Commerce.

I'm looking forward to the event in October, and I know that the population is different, but I'll just bring different items that may be of interest to the audience. It's really about the exposure for me. So it's all good.

You're awesome!!!......Talk to you soon,

I was here for 14 days and ... I thought the Passport was a great idea. It was fun visiting the local shops and restaurants and I thought the people of Windsor were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Enclosed is my completed passport. Please enter me into the drawing for the Kindle.

Thank you,

The pleasure was all ours, Jane. Thank you for a great time [Windsor Feud] for a great cause. See you next year as long as we can face off against Enita Jubrey once more.

I just wanted to take a minute after all this time to tell you how much I appreciate the "What's Going on in Windsor" email newsletter. It really keeps me in the loop and I have gone to events I probably would have forgotten about if I hadn't been reminded by your update.

Dear Jane,
On behalf of our entire team we are so honored to have participated in this fabulous fund raiser [Windsor Feud]. We had the best time, never have laughed so hard and had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people. For us - to be able to take part in an event that is so well organized and supported by so many members of the chamber - was a breath of fresh air.

You put the fun in fundraising! See you in 2007

A gentleman called to say he would be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in October and found the Chili Challenge on the Chamber website calendar, which event would be going on during his stay in Windsor. He called to find out more about it and request directions to the center of town.
