Windsor shops and restaurants celebrate the holidays with fun activities and discounts one Saturday in early December from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Customer at each participating business are entered into a drawing to WIN a $500 SAVINGS BOND donated by Windsor Federal Savings!
