Here is the schedule for the Fair and related activities put on by local and Fair businesses:

Friday, Nov. 4 (vendors only, at Town Hall)

6:00 - 8:00 pm - Vendor Setup
Get your booth set up

6:00 pm - Vendor Dinner
Vendors, before or while you set up your booth, enjoy a casual dinner and good company, courtesy of the Chamber of Commerce.


Saturday, Nov. 5

10:00 am - 3:00 pm: Windsor Wade & Tea Fair
Enjoy browsing and buying your favorite Wade figurines and tea goods. Get a show special Wade especially made for this show, and you might be lucky enough to win a LE 25 or LE10 colorway of the show special presented by Happy Wade-ing every hour of the show! And enjoy complimentary tea and scones from the Beanery!
$5 admission Sat and Sun (Windsor Town Hall)

10:00 am - 5:00 pm: Patti's Treasures
Come into everyone's favorite Fair Shop and find a wonderful selection of Wade figurines, tea cups, antiques, jewelry and everything else you can imagine! Free goodies and tea!

10:00 am - 5:00 pm: Tea Jewlery
Select from pre-made teapot necklaces, earrings, and more.
Cost depends on selection. (Lucinda's, 140 Poquonock Ave, Windsor)

10:00 am - 5:00 pm: Pandora Tea Charms
Browse your favorite Pandora charms including the Teapot and Tea cup! And find some treasures at the Estate Sale. Free goodies and tea!

1:00 pm - 1:30 pm: Introduction to Tea
Learn the differences between white, green, black tea and more" by Gail Gastelu of The Tea House Times Free. (Windsor Town Hall)

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm: Italian Fair Dinner
Enjoy a fair dinner Saturday night and chat with your fellow fair-goers! Provided by Tunxis Grill of Windsor, CT, menu to be announced. We'll also be having an auction with great prizes to support the Chamber's Education programs!
$20 / $15 kids 12 and under (Hyatt Summerfield Suites)

8:30 pm - 10:00 pm: Collectors' Meet & Greet
Free Collectors Meet at Greet in the fair hotel. Come and win fabulous Wade prizes including a one-of-a-kind Wade teapot in chintz donated by Wade Collectors Club! Bring your own drinks, snacks and Wade stories to share with your fellow collectors. Organized by Happy Wade-ing.

If you're a Red Hat Society member, don't miss our Red Hat Happy Hour when you can meet and greet your fellow Red Hatters, enjoy tea and scones, and play an Afternoon Tea game with Gail Gastelu of The Tea House Times!

1:00 pm - 2:30 pm: Mother & Daughter Tea Party
Every little girl's dream tea party with sweet treats, teas, juices, and more. Everyone who attends gets a free raffle ticket. You could win a great prize!
