Windsor Historical Society's Pre-Holiday Auction

Please join us on Friday, November 18th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. for Windsor Historical Society's pre-holiday auction. Our auction will take place at Central Street Antiques, 25 Central Street in Windsor's town center and will feature unique gifts and experiences such as:
relaxing getaways at vacation homes and resorts
catered private dinners by some of Windsor's best cooks
exciting, themed gift baskets
high-quality antiques, art, craft work and jewelry
high-quality children's gifts
"Feel-good" holiday opportunities: purchase of holiday gifts for Windsor families in need, or sponsorship of a bus ($90) to bring schoolchildren to the Society. (They will write you thank-you notes!)
.
Tickets are $25 for heavy hors d'oeuvres, and two drinks (wine, coffee, sodas.) You may purchase these at:
Ashley's Distinctive Jewelry and Gifts, 555 Day Hill Road
Bill Selig Jewelers, Inc. 161 Broad Street
Jordan Florist 10 Palisado Avenue
Windsor Historical Society, 96 Palisado Avenue.

It's for a good cause: the auction supports the many public programs we offer for schoolchildren and adults in the Windsor area, and for the operation of our historic houses, research library, exhibition galleries, and family learning center. We are still looking for auction donations; if you have something to offer, please contact Society Director Christine Ermenc at 860-688-3813 or cermenc@windsorhistoricalsociety.org. Auction donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and we will acknowledge all auction donors by letter, in the auction booklet, and on our website.
Call (860) 688-3813 or visit us at www.windsorhistoricalsociety.org for directions to the Society and more information about programs. To receive e-reminders for public programs, please send your e-mail address to jalberti@windsorhistoricalsociety.org.
