Shad Derby Day Parade and Green Activities
|  | | The Windsor Jaycees are proud to sponsor the 2009 Shad Derby Parade; on Saturday, May 16th. We have been organizing the Parade since 1971. This event is the culmination of the Shad Derby Festival, which brings thousands of people to Windsor each year.
The 2009 Shad Derby Festival Green and Parade activities will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2009. The Parade will leave Windsor High School at 12:30, march down Capen Street to Broad Street and be at the Town Green at 1:00 pm.
The Shad Derby Festival will take place from 10:00am to 4:00pm on the Windsor Town Green. Admission is free!
Enjoy tasty treats, fun crafts booths, entertainment and more!
Some streets will be closed to may way for the parade.
