Summary
- Changed the name from Tobacco Valley Chambers of Commerce to Tobacco Valley Chamber Alliance to better reflect our partnership
- Being planning TVCA meetings starting in February 2009, with promotion starting in January 2009.
- Each Chamber will host one event annually
- The host will promote their event to all TVCA members in the following ways, at minimum:
1. A hard copy mailing
2. Email newsletter or blast
3. Press release to local papers and calendars
- We will also promote each others' Chamber events through our email newsletters
- For the next meeting, please think about the following:
1. Logistics of getting our most up-to-date mailing lists and email lists to the host before each event
2. Please supply at least two dates that you would prefer to host your event, and some possible locations
3. Bring a list of your promotion vehicles and their frequency so we can determine how we can promote each others' Chamber events
