This seminar is an essential learning experience for anyone in a management or business ownership role who is confronted with employee oriented problems on a daily basis. This five part series will provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of critical employment law topics ranging from hiring, discipline and discharge to overtime pay liability to managing leaves of absence, in addition to minimizing exposure to discrimination and harassment claims.
