As you may be aware, the restaurant formerly known as Cheffries by the Lake, located within Griffin Center at 1936 Blue Hills Avenue Extension in Windsor, has closed. As the property owner and master developer of Griffin Center, we intend to re-establish this facility as an integral amenity within the office park and the surrounding area. Accordingly, we intend to re-tenant the facility with an exciting new restaurant that will offer you great-tasting food in an attractive setting and at a reasonable cost.
