For All Windsor and South Windsor Residents

Mass Dispensing Area #31 will be an appointment only H1N1 Vaccination Clinics on Monday, January 25, 2010 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the South Windsor Volunteer Fire Department located at 1175 Ellington Road in South Windsor. This clinic will be by appointment only for ALL Windsor and South Windsor residents.

Bring forms with you: Links to the necessary forms for both the flu mist and the inoculation are available on both the Town of Windsor website, townofwindsorct.com and the Town of South Windsor website at southwindsor.org. Downloading and completing these forms in advance will expedite your visit to the clinic.
