Kristen grew up in Trumbull, CT. She graduated Wesleyan University in 2000 with a BA in History and graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in May 2003 with her JD.
Kristen is a partner at a local Law Firm- Johnson, Dowe and Brown, and Barbarotta LLC in Windsor. Kristen's husband Jayson is a a teacher at Newington High . They live in Windsor Locks with their daughter Reese.
