Toy Drive Begins Early Dear Chamber Members, I am writing to you today in regards to the Annual Emergency Services Toy Drive. Each year the Department of Social Services, Health Department, Volunteer Fire Fighters, Ambulance Corp and Police Department collaborate to collect money and toys to be distributed to children in need throughout the Town of Windsor. Your generosity and assistance with this program has always been tremendous. As you might expect, we are seeing more and more families in need of our assistance due to the increase in utilities, food and gasoline. This is why I am sending this letter out earlier this year. Your help is needed more than ever!
