Be a Shuttle Stop
Be a Shuttle Stop at The 3rd Annual Red Rose Tea Fair featuring Wade Figurines!
Participate in this widely anticipated weekend event! Showcase your business and sell to the region's collectors and tea-lovers!
November 8 - 9, 2008
The shuttle will run from 10 am to 6 pm Saturday in half hour loops starting and ending at the Fair at the Hilton Garden Inn.
For your fee of $100 you will receive:
1) Designation as a Shuttle Stop on Shuttle Maps, website, etc
2) Red Rose Shuttle Stop Sign for your location (must be returned)
3) Box of Red Rose Tea
4) Red Rose Figurines for display (must be returned)
5) Flyers for distribution to your customers before and during the event
6) Shuttle Maps to hand out
7) You'll be included in pre-event marketing materials and the colorful shuttle map, as well as on regional event calendars and the Chamber website year round.
To participate, you must meet the following requirements:
1) Your location must be open on Saturday (10-6)
2) Display a Shuttle Stop Sign
3) Display Red Rose Tea Figurines
4) Offer Red Rose Tea to customers
5) Hand out Fair brochures and maps prior to and during the event
6) Plan and publicize a Wade or Tea-related event, speaker, info, special, etc.
