Who would it be this year? The suspense was terrible!
Ashely Williams from First Town Downtown called the winner after the Sale ended Saturday evening. It was . . . Heidi Lindberg!
Heidi thought it might be a joke when she got the phone call saying she had won $500 in the Sidewalk Sale Raffle.
"It's true! No, it's not a joke!" laughed Ashley as she convinced Heidi that she really did win $500 in Chamber Gift Certificates.
A few days later, Heidi received her gift certificate and has been happily shopping in Windsor ever since!
