The Windsor Chamber of Commerce is hosting the March Tobacco Valley Chambers Alliance (TVCA) networking event Wednesday, March 18, at Northwest Park from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.

Guest speaker will be Jay Wallus from Street Smart. Jay will give us some info on not only surviving but profiting in an economic downturn. His seminar is called "5 Foolproof Ways Any Business Can Use The Economic Downturn To Its Advantage To Get More Appointments And Close More Sales."

What's this workshop going to cover?

How Jay actually used birthday candles, a cookie monster costume and old bread to turn a business that was barely breaking even into a thriving cash machine. (it's so easy anyone can do this once Jay shows them how).

What a small local jeweler did so to generate 1711 phone calls in 3 days and what you can do to model him.

"30 minutes or less or it's FREE (Domino's Pizza) changed an entire industry Learn how to develop a Unique Selling Proposition for your business that will put you in a position to easily get more sales as well as referrals even in this slow economy.

Who should attend?

Any small business owner or salesperson that's frustrated with the current economic conditions that wants to know what they can do to not only remedy the problem.but how to actually profit from it!

So, we think that it would be an absolute shame for you to miss out on this opportunity to see what your chamber has done for you lately and make sure that you can use this economic downturn to your advantage don't you..?

Refreshments will be served.

The TVCA is a strategic alliance of the East Granby, Granby, Windsor Locks, Suffield, Windsor, East Windsor and Bloomfield Chambers of Commerce.

Business representatives from all seven towns are invited to participate in networking whether they are chamber members or not. It will be a good time to learn what our chambers do for businesses and how they support various community activities.

The event is free but reservations are necessary.
