Windsor to Light the Town on New Year's Eve
The First Church in Windsor, UCC along with 7 other organizations and churches will be lighting the town on New Year's Eve.
Help us welcome in the New Year on New Year's Eve by lighting your candles as a symbol of peace, joy and hope.
Candles, including the bag, will be available for purchase from November 1st to December 15th for 10 for $10.00 from First Church in Windsor; Chamber of Commerce, Windsor; Christ the King Lutheran; Congregation Beth Ahm of Windsor; Grace Episcopal; Holy Zion Church of the Jubilee; Wilson Congregational Church, UCC and the Windsor Clergy Association.

Celebrate on December 31, 2005 with the entire town of Windsor by bringing in the New Year with peace, joy and hope.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Open a white bag and turn it down 1 inch from the top to form a collar.
2. Place 2 inches of sand in the bag ahead of time; this will cause the bag to stand by itself and will provide a base for the candle; put in place then add the candle and light.
3. On New Year's Eve, place the bags in a line along the sidewalk or the road at even intervals with your neighbors.
4. Candles should be lighted at dusk with fireplace matches or barbecue grill lighter, with the rest of the neighborhood and will burn all evening.
5. Rain date will be the following evening, January 1, 2006.

This product is for outdoor use only and should not be used by unsupervised children and caution should be exercised when using near children.
