Donate a new unwrapped coat (child or adult) or a new unwrapped toy to the Salvation Army collection box located at the Connecticut Bank & Trust Company located at 148 Broad Street in Windsor Center.

Hats and Mittens
The Connecticut Bank & Trust Co.(CBT) and 'Windsor Cares' are partnering to keep our neighbors warm this season with the CBT Mitton Tree. All articles collected will be distributed by the Windsor Dept. of Social Services. The public is encouraged to participate by dropping by the local CBT office at 148 Broad Street and bring something warm- a hat, mittens, scarfs,socks... The tree will be on display in the banks lobby until mid December, stop in with your donation and help decorate the tree. For more information call Madeline Williams at 860.298.2051.

Send Warmth to a Soldier for the Holidays
Send a little warmth from Windsor to our troops in Afghanistan for the holidays, a program of WIN-TV.

Buy a fleece blanket and write a note. We will send it for you. Fleece blankets are used inside sleeping bags during freezing temperatures. They have pockets for feet, are warm and easy to carry.
