Basket Sculpture Lecture by Elizabeth Schulze Thursday, April 10 6-8 p.m. - Elizabeth's sculptures concern her personal travels both real and imagined and are formed by coiling natural materials, pine needles, reed and raffia, into varied shapes. Once completed, she covers the surface with acrylic paint using dots, washes, figures and marks. The amount of work in each piece and astonishing creativity are immediately apparent.
Elizabeth has travelled the world extensively and has shown her baskets and lectured across the United States.
