The Town of Windsor Youth Commission, Police Department and Windsor High School are hosting a community awareness event focusing on teen drunk driving issues, to be held in the Auditorium at the L.P. Wilson Community Center located at 599 Matianuck Avenue in Windsor, Connecticut on Wednesday April 16 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The program is for both parents and teens.

The forum will feature special guest speakers from Mourning Parents Act, Windsor resident Dr. Jody Terranova and members of the Windsor Police Department. The program will also include a short video on the dangers of driving drunk, along with personal accounts from those who have experienced the devastating effects that drunk driving can cause and information on the changing laws impacting teen drivers today.

This community sponsored event is open to all area residents high school age and older. All teen drivers and those who love them are welcome.
