From Foster, Rhode Island, award-winning musician, vocalist, writer, and dancer, Aubrey Atwater is a delightful and energetic performer. She presents captivating programs of folk music, dance, and spoken word, entwining a moving explanation with stories from her life and artistic journey. Aubrey is in great demand for performances and workshops and has performed in over thirty-five states as well as Canada, England and Ireland. She plays the mountain dulcimer, old-time banjo, guitar, mandolin, and Irish tin whistle and understands traditional American and Celtic folk music history and key players. Part of the acclaimed duo Atwater-Donnelly, Aubrey has eleven recordings and six books to her credit. Join us for an evening of foot stomping fun.

Windsor Public Library
On May 6, come see Dr Strangelove: or how I learned to stop worrying and love the bomb, starring Peter Sellers and George C. Scott at the Windsor Public Library. This popular movie series shows old motion picture classics on the library's big screen on the First Thursday of the month. Movies are selected from audience suggestions and represent a wide range of stars, themes and genres.
All of the movie showings are free and open to the public. The meeting room doors will open at 6:30PM and the movies will start promptly at 7PM.
