Windsor/North Central League of Women Voters Panel on Health Care Insurance Proposals takes place at the Windsor Town Hall Council Chambers Thursday, April 10 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm

Join us for a timely panel discussion on health care insurance policy proposals for Connecticut and the U.S. Access to affordable quality healthcare affects us all, and many Americans consider it a key issue in the upcoming presidential election.

State Sen. Donald E. Williams, Jr. has graciously agreed to attend and share his viewpoints on working toward improving the healthcare plans for Connecticut residents. Also confirmed to attend is Renee Reese, of the Connecticut Center for a New Economy (CCNE). CCNE is a non-profit dedicated to improving the economic well-being of our state's urban families. Visit www.ctneweconomy.org to learn more about CCNE. The State will send a speaker to discuss Connecticut's role in health insurance and provide information on evaluating policies.
