First Town Downtown presents our Annual ghoulish Halloween party in Windsor Center on Halloweeen night!

Broad Street is closed off to traffic so kids can trick or treat up and down the street in a safe, well-lit, friendy environment.

There will be halloweenish things to do like scary (and non-scary) face painting, creepy fortune telling, hair-raising hay rides, spooky ghouls and goblins of all kinds and Windsor businesses gave out treats to the kids!

Children's games by First Town Downtown and pictures with a ghoul wre available all free of charge thanks to the Chamber of Commerce Retail Committee.

The entire event is free and sponsored by Windsor Federal Savings.

As always, it was a fun, safe, and spooky pre-Halloween Halloween!
