Cabaret Music comes to Northwest Park

The Northwest Park Coffeehouse Concert Series continues its concert schedule with Sonny & Perley and their quartet on Saturday, March 29 at 7:30 p.m. at the Northwest Park Nature Center in Windsor.

Vocalist Perley Rousseau an pianist Sonny Daye along with Tom Charlap on bass and drummer Ted Mac Kensei present a concert filled with warmth and humor highlighting the life and music of Ella Fitzgerald from her Apollo Theater debut at the age of sixteen to her retirement.

Signature songs such as How High the Moon and The Lady is A Tramp are included along with memorable choices from her Great American Songbook Series.

Audience response to this show has been tremendously enthusiastic.

The Northwest Park Nature Center is a smoke free, handicap accessible facility located in Windsor, Connecticut.
