Captain Kelvan Kearse of the Windsor Police Department will be at the Windsor Senior Center on Tuesday, February 16, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. to present Part 2 of Senior Safety Awareness. Capt. Kearse will teach you how to keep yourself, family and home safe. He is a dynamic and informed speaker and you will learn many tips about safety from his talk. Refreshments will be served.
