Event:Sensory Saunter Trail Dedication
Date:July 12th, 2009.
Northwest Park and the Yankee Council Program for the Blind will be dedicating the new Sensory Saunter Trail at Northwest Park on Sunday, July 12 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. The Sensory Saunter Trail is a 1/8 mile long trail loop specially designed to provide access into the natural world for those with special needs. This trail features a guide rope, signs with Braille, and MP3 audio systems programmed with seasonal information and sounds. For more information call 285-1886.
