Solo Exhibition of noted artist Anna Held Audette

A solo exhibition of the works of award winning artist Anna Held Audette titled The Ruins of Our Time will open at the Windsor Art Center with a public reception on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 5 - 7 pm. The exhibition, which is free and open to the public, runs from January 21 through March 3, 2012.

Anna Held Audette's paintings are reminders of our industrial past which is rapidly being replaced by the micro-chip. The casualties of our accelerating technological revolution include empty factories, discarded machines, moth-balled ships and even NASA's abandoned launch sites. They have a strength, grace and sadness that are both eloquent and impenetrable
