Wednesday, April 2 at 7PM, the Windsor Public Library will host part 3 of a free, 4-part book discussion series, "Voyages: Stories of Men, Women and the Sea".

This session's book is "The Hungry Ocean" by Linda Greenlaw. The discussions will be led by Mary Bercaw Edwards of the Mystic Seaport Museum. Copies of the selected books are available for loan at the library, 323 Broad Street, Windsor.

Interested patrons can sign-up for the program by calling the library reference desk at 285-1918.

The discussion leader, Mary Bercaw Edwards, is an Associate Professor in the Dept. of English at the University of Connecticut and works as foreman of the demonstration squad at Mystic Seaport. She moved on to her first sailing ship at the age of five months and has accumulated over 56,000 miles at sea under sail.
This free book discussion series is co-sponsored by the Windsor Public Library, the Windsor Library Association and the Connecticut Humanities Council through their Literature for a Lifetime program.
