Meet Zachary Ramalho, assistant VP and branch manager at Windsor Federal Bank. Zach joined the bank four years ago after working at other Connecticut banks for the previous decade. He was drawn by Windsor Federal’s dedication to community banking, and once here, Zach has quickly become a familiar face in our community. He serves on the boards of the Chamber of Commerce and the Windsor Education Foundation, and is a member of the Windsor Lion’s Club.
Zach’s community service is no accident: Windsor Federal encourages its employees to become involved in its towns. Founded in 1936—and today the only mutual savings bank headquartered in Hartford County—Windsor Federal is dedicated to supporting the businesses and individuals that make up its communities. Recently the bank has upgraded its mobile and online platforms and, for the first time, begun offering credit cards.
The Chamber is deeply grateful for Windsor Federal’s enduring support over the years. During the pandemic, for example, the bank’s leadership helped ensure our steady operations. And as our Platinum Community Builder Sponsor—our highest level of support—Windsor Federal Bank provides essential year-round funding for all our events.
