Steven Washer is a 30-year resident of Windsor and the owner of Visible Authority LLC, a boutique video production, marketing and training company. A long-time pilot, father and husband, (not necessarily in that order) Steve loves working with business owners to help them understand their value proposition from a few levels up than they normally imagine for themselves, then communicate that value in ways that attract rather than persuade or chase. He hopes to bring a similar sense of value discovery to the Chamber as it charts its new course in the coming years.
